Hexian Kojar Valve Casting Co., Ltd., established in June 2010 in Wujiang Industrial Park, He County, Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province, China, is an export-oriented foundry and valve component manufacturer with 150+ employees and over 20,000 square meters of factory space including 12,000 square meters of standardized workshops. The company operates two automated casting lines, a 60T/H sand processing system, five cold-core and twelve hot-core machines, three medium-frequency induction furnaces rated at 1.5T each, a robotic intelligent machining production line, and over 30 additional machining devices. Kojar's annual casting capacity reaches 12,000 tons with a maximum valve body diameter of DN300. The product range encompasses hard seal valve bodies, gate plates, check valves, air valves, control valves, globe valves, and valve bodies conforming to DIN F4, BS, and PE connection standards. Beyond valve components, Kojar produces pump body assemblies, fire hydrant components, strainers and filters, and ductile iron pipe fittings. All output is directed to European and American markets. The company holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 certifications with TÜV PED material certification, and operates a professional R&D team supported by Shimadzu PDA-5500S spectrometer analysis, tensile testing, hardness testing, and metallographic microscopy for quality assurance.
