Hayward Flow Control, a division of Hayward Industries, Inc., has manufactured thermoplastic flow control products for over 60 years from its US-based facility, holding ISO 9001:2015 certification and Build America, Buy America (BABA) compliance. Their thermoplastic valve lineup includes TBH, LCH, and TWH/TNH/TPH Series true union ball valves, BYB large-diameter and BYCN/BYCS/BYV butterfly valves, SLC spring-loaded Y-check valves, TC true union ball check valves, WCV full-pattern wafer check valves, DAB diaphragm valves, SV true union solenoid valves, and NVA needle valves. Pressure and chemical feed products span CS Series corporation stops, IQ Series injection quills, IV injection valves, PBV back pressure valves, PR pressure regulators, and RPV/RV pressure relief valves. Filtration products include YS Series Y-strainers, DB duplex and SB simplex basket strainers, FLV bag filters in GFPP and PVC/CPVC, CFLV cartridge filters, and HCF/LS Series aquatic sand filters. The pump range covers LifeStar A-Series and MV-Series aquatic pumps with variable speed options, D/S/T Series vertical seal-less immersible pumps, R Series magnetic drive pumps, and Z Series solenoid metering pumps in analog and digital configurations. Instrumentation includes the HEX800 insertion magnetic flowmeter, HLS level sensors, HLST200 level transmitter, and HMC300/HMC200 multi-parameter controllers. The UVH Series low-pressure high-output amalgam UV sanitizer serves aquatic and life support applications.
