About
Hardy Pro-Air Systems and Service (HPA), a division of Meyer Machine and Equipment based in Antioch, Illinois, designs, manufactures, and services air and material handling equipment with over 30 years of industry experience. The company was formed from the merger of Hardy Systems, which handled sales and design, and Pro-Air Service, which managed manufacturing and service. HPA operates across two core business lines: wastewater aeration and pneumatic conveying. For wastewater aeration, HPA assembles complete blower packages incorporating positive displacement blowers from MD-Kinney, Sutorbilt, Roots, Gardner Denver, and Kaeser. MD-Kinney offers the Qx tri-lobe high-pressure blower, Competitor, Equalizer, and PD Plus models. Roots provides the Universal-RAI Series (RAI-DSL, RAI-J, RAI-J-DSL, RAI-G), RAM Series (RAM-J, RAM-DVJ, RAM-DPJ), and RAS extra-heavy-duty series. Gardner Denver contributes the Cycloblower screw-type, HeliFlow twisted tri-lobe, Sutorbilt Legend and Legend DSL, and DuroFlow models. Kaeser rounds out the lineup with the Omega Bi-Lobe and Omega-P Tri-Lobe series, delivering flows up to 5,350 CFM with a 24-month warranty. All blower packages are available in direct-drive configurations for improved efficiency and reduced maintenance, and HPA offers both pressure and vacuum systems alongside custom sound enclosures for noise-sensitive installations. The pneumatic conveying line features rotary airlocks, also called star valves, for controlled material feeding. HPA also provides rental blower packages with integrated VFD controls, comprehensive blower and airlock service and repair, custom fabrication, and engineering consultation from concept through commissioning. All products comply with Build America/Buy America requirements.
