The HIVON is a powered odor neutralization unit that vaporizes HISCENT, a proprietary blend of all-natural essential oils, and distributes it via a radial air distributor or piped network at 1,000+ cfm, driven by a 2hp stainless steel wash-down motor with VFD control. The HIBOCS is a biological H2S scrubber using HIHP-98 synthetic plastic media that supports microorganisms consuming hydrogen sulfide from air streams; the media carries a 10-year warranty and is rated for the life of the system, with non-proprietary nutrient chemicals keeping operating costs low. The HICARB is a carbon adsorption vessel designed for low-concentration H2S at lift stations and headworks, configured in up-flow with site-specific blended media, available in polypropylene or FRP construction, and suitable as a standalone unit or polishing stage downstream of HIBOCS. The HIVENT is a passive lift-station vent unit requiring no water or electricity, using the natural two-cycle airflow of the wet well to draw HISCENT through the media on both pump-on and pump-off cycles, consuming only 3-4 gallons of essential oil per year. All systems feature a 3-year component warranty, with HIBOCS media warranted for 10 years.
