GOVAPEX, formerly Vapex Environmental Technologies, designs and manufactures ozone and hydroxyl radical generation systems for municipal wastewater and industrial applications. The company reports over 1,000 units installed, one billion gallons of water treated, and more than 12,000 tons of H2S removed. Their hydroxyl radical generator lineup includes the Milli Series (60 g/h oxidant output with nozzle delivery for heavy-duty odor and FOG elimination), the Micro Series (50 g/h for enclosed wastewater spaces with auto shutoff and real-time monitoring), the Nano Series (20 g/h with auto-draining design for hard-to-reach areas), and the Pico Series (up to 20 g/h using 1.5 gallons per hour of water and refrigerator-level energy consumption for small-scale applications). On the ozone side, the ATS Series provides packaged systems combining generation, contact, and control for closed-loop water treatment, while the GTS Series delivers compact gaseous ozone generation with multi-zone distribution and external oxygen integration for odor control and localized oxidation. All systems are air-cooled and designed as chemical-free alternatives to traditional sanitizers. GOVAPEX serves municipal wastewater collection and treatment (odor control and FOG remediation), seafood processing, food and beverage, and industrial water purification, supported by a national service network with remote monitoring and preventative maintenance programs.
