FORMECO S.R.L.
About
FORMECO S.R.L., founded in 1971 in Noventa Padovana, Italy by Adriano Nicolè and Ruggero Broglio and now led by Elena Nicolè, manufactures industrial purification and recycling systems from a 4,200 square meter production facility. With over 40,000 machines deployed worldwide, FORMECO operates across three core product families. Solvent distillers span capacities from 15 to 2,200 liters per batch across four tiers: DIstatic Standard models (Di 15 through Di 160) for batch distillation with liquid residue discharge, DYnamic Standard models (DiQ 30 through DiQ 120) with internal scraper rotors for automatic residue extraction, Professional models (D and DQ series, 60 to 230 liters) with automated sequential batch programming, and Industrial DYnamic units (DQ 250 through DQ 2200) for heavy-duty continuous operation. Wastewater evaporators employ heat pump technology (HP-S, HP-R, HP-Cf series, 10 to 3,000 liters per hour) or external heating sources (HW-R, HW-Cf series, 10 to 12,000 liters per hour) with single, double, and triple-effect configurations, recovering up to 98 percent of wastewater for reuse. Fractional distillation columns provide continuous binary separation for applications including thinner rectification and White Spirit production. All systems feature ATEX explosion-proof construction, PLC-based automation with Siemens controls, and diathermic oil heating. FORMECO offers on-site laboratory testing, industrial pilot unit rental, and tele-assistance remote monitoring.
