Flottweg SE, headquartered in Vilsbiburg, Germany, has spent over 60 years engineering centrifuges, separators, and complete separation plants, manufacturing all products from a single production hub. The company operates subsidiaries across twelve countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, China, Mexico, and Brazil. Flottweg's decanter centrifuge portfolio spans six model lines: the C-Series for standard duty, X-Series for industrial processing, Z-Series for heavy-duty applications, OSE Decanter for oil sludge and mineral recovery, HTS Decanter for high-thickness sludge, and the FW400 HTS combining high throughput with compact design. The patented Tricanter performs simultaneous three-phase separation of oil, water, and solids without the need for separate processing stages. Complementary centrifuge models include the Sedicanter for difficult-to-separate suspensions and the Sorticanter for sorting and classification. On the separator side, Flottweg offers two-phase and three-phase disc stack separators plus nozzle separators for continuous solids discharge, all featuring the proprietary Soft Shot FLEX solids discharge system.
