The company’s proprietary peristaltic pump lineup spans a wide capacity range: the SP21 self-priming analyzer pump (19–653 ml/min), H21 series compact metering pumps (up to 48.5 GPH with NEMA 4X controller), V21 and V21E industrial hose pumps (up to 52 GPH, the V21E being explosion-proof), FR Series hose pumps (up to 2,319 GPH at 60 PSI, rated for dry running), and FS Series high-capacity hose pumps available in 15 sizes up to 38,000 GPH. Flomotion’s ISOMAG electromagnetic flow meters measure flow from 1/8-inch to 78-inch pipe sizes at pressures up to 3,600 PSI with no moving parts, and carry 3A sanitary certification and NSF approval. Additional flow measurement options include BE6300 clamp-on transit-time ultrasonic meters, FM8000 ultrasonic open channel flow meters with built-in weir and flume tables, and oval gear positive displacement meters. The K4 Series VFD pump controller interfaces with SCADA and PLC systems, while the TRD tubing rupture detector provides automatic shutdown and alarm on leak detection. Turnkey chemical feed systems (PP1H and PP2H) deliver prepackaged metering up to 48 GPH at injection pressures to 100 PSI.
