FiltEdge is a global filtration manufacturer established in 2006, combining US-based sales and support with large-scale production facilities in China. The company operates six needle-punched felt lines and six automated filter bag sewing machines, producing 1,500 to 2,000 filter bags daily alongside 6,000-plus automated filtration systems annually. Their liquid filtration portfolio covers melt-blown PP cartridges in sizes from 10 to 40 inches and ratings from 1 to 100 microns, pleated PP cartridges, string wound cartridges, PTFE and PES membrane cartridges, PVDF cartridges, activated carbon cartridges for RO pre-filtration, cellulose fiber cartridges, and filter bags in PP, PE, nylon, and PTFE media. For system-level filtration, they offer stainless steel 304/316, polypropylene, and PVDF filter housings, automatic slag-discharge self-cleaning filters, and candle filter units. Beyond liquid filtration, FiltEdge produces a full dust collection lineup including bags in polyester, PTFE-coated, fiberglass, PPS, P84, and acrylic media, plus HEPA/ULPA panel, pocket, and V-bank air filters manufactured in an ISO Class 100,000 cleanroom. Holding over 30 patents, the company targets water and wastewater treatment, chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, semiconductor and electronics, power generation, cement, and steel industries, with distribution hubs spanning five continents.
