Excelsior Blower Systems, founded in 1993, designs, manufactures, and services positive displacement blower and vacuum packages with over 15,000 installations worldwide. As an authorized Gardner Denver distributor, the company offers a comprehensive blower portfolio headlined by the CycloBlower Industrial series — the original rotary screw blower with over 60 years of proven performance, delivering airflows up to 6,700 CFM at pressures up to 20 psi across more than 20 models in the 3CDL, 5CDL, and 11CDL series (including 3CDL5L, 3CDL8L, 5CDL5R, 5CDL9R, 5CDL13R, 11CDL23R1, 11CDL27R1, and 11CDL31R1). The CycloBlower H.E. series provides best-in-class energy efficiency with airflows up to 6,200 CFM at pressures up to 36 psi, available in 160CDL, 200CDL, and 250CDL configurations. The flagship PD Blower and Vacuum Package (701-X) is a fully customizable system featuring helical tri-lobe or traditional bi-lobe rotors, NEMA Premium Efficiency TEFC motors, optional VFD controls, weather-tight aluminum sound enclosures, and a standard instrument package. Excelsior also distributes Elmo Rietschle vacuum pumps and compressors plus Hoffman and Lamson centrifugal blowers. Wastewater applications cover activated sludge, SBR, MBR, oxidation ditches, aerated lagoons, MBBR, IFAS, BAF, trickling filters, DAF aeration, digester mixing, and grit chamber aeration.
