Euraqua UK operates from a purpose-built factory and testing facility in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, serving as the United Kingdom's leading importer, distributor, and integrator of water treatment products to the trade for over 40 years. As part of the Pollet Water Group, the company combines distribution reach with custom engineering capability—stocking ion exchange resins, filter media, cartridge housings and elements, pressure vessels, fittings, and spare parts for next-day UK delivery, while also designing and manufacturing bespoke treatment systems from its Hitchin factory. Euraqua is the official UK distributor of Clack, Fleck, and Autotrol control valves, giving it a central role in the domestic and commercial softener market. Its domestic Geminos range pairs compact twin-cylinder softeners with Fleck or Autotrol valves, while commercial simplex, hot water, and duplex softeners are available with any of the three valve brands for continuous hardness removal. On the high-purity side, the recently launched Pallas Alfa range delivers pre-engineered skidded RO plants and combined RO/EDI systems for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and laboratory applications. Mixed bed polishers house cation and anion resins in a single cylinder, producing low-conductivity demineralized water. Filtration systems are built around Pentair vessels and multiport valves, and the Supertank line provides large-capacity composite tanks for commercial and industrial storage. Beyond catalog products, Euraqua designs custom-engineered ultrapure water treatment plants for data centre, power generation, and food and beverage clients, with full project delivery from specification through commissioning.
