Esmil Corp, operating from its Mogadore, Ohio manufacturing facility at 3939 Mogadore Industrial Parkway, is the North American arm of the international Esmil Group and specializes in sludge dewatering and wastewater treatment equipment. The company reports over 1,500 projects worldwide and offers four core product lines. The Multi-Disk Screw Press MDQ is their flagship dewatering press featuring a self-cleaning mechanism capable of achieving 18 percent dry solids output, as demonstrated at the Knoxville, TN wastewater facility where it more than doubled capacity. The Sludge Thickener MDQ-T provides volume reduction for preliminary sludge conditioning. The Multi-Roller Disk Press JD uses a multi-roller design engineered for low energy consumption in demanding dewatering applications. The Mobile Sludge Dewatering Plant Module D is a transportable unit for short-term or remote operations, also available for rental. Esmil holds ASME certification and complies with Build America Buy America domestic content requirements under IIJA. The Esmil Group encompasses three entities covering wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering in the US, and membrane systems in the UK. A recent dual-branding partnership with Tsurumi Pump brings multi-disk and roller presses to the US market. Esmil serves municipal and industrial clients including food processing, textile, and leather industries, and provides pilot testing, equipment rental, commissioning, and after-sales support.
