Ellicott Dredge Enterprises (EDE) is a global dredging equipment manufacturer whose Ellicott name has been in the dredging industry for over a century, with more than 3,000 dredges sold across over 100 countries. The company operates through four brands. Ellicott Dredges builds cutter suction and swinging ladder dredges from 8-inch to 26-inch sizes, recognized for the longest life cycle in the industry. IMS Dredges manufactures self-propelled, dual-function, one-truck-transportable Versi-Dredge systems in 10-inch and 12-inch sizes using patented cutting technology for sand, silt, and aquatic vegetation, operating in over 60 countries. Mud Cat, which invented the auger dredge in 1971, produces 6-inch to 10-inch auger dredges in diesel and electric configurations, available as manned, unmanned, or automated systems serving engineering firms, governments, contractors, and mines. GeoPool provides reusable, non-mechanical dewatering pools ranging from 1,500 to 14,000 cubic yards capacity, reducing both CAPEX and OPEX at mines, confined disposal facilities, dredging sites, and industrial facilities. Markets served include coastal restoration, small ports and waterway maintenance, wastewater treatment plants, industrial wastewater, mining, and government and municipal projects.
