ELIQUO Technologies GmbH, a member of the Eliquo Water Group under SKion Water GmbH, brings over 30 years of EPC contracting experience to municipal water and wastewater treatment across Europe. Headquartered in Germany with additional manufacturing capabilities in the UK, the company employs more than 500 specialists and holds nine patents across its proprietary sludge and water treatment technologies. Their product lineup centers on four core systems: ELODRY belt-type sludge dryers, available in five models (NT08 through NT40) with water evaporation capacities from 220 to 1,100 kg/h, achieving over 85% dry solids output at electricity consumption below 50 kWh per ton of water evaporated and heat demand of 750-850 kWh per ton; LYSOTHERM thermal hydrolysis, which uses a loop configuration to roughly double biogas yield from waste activated sludge (from approximately 0.25 to 0.5 m3/kg VS) while improving dewaterability by 3-5 percentage points, all without steam or chemicals; ELOVAC vacuum degassing, available in capacities from 10 to 50 m3/h, which removes dissolved gases from digested sludge and, in its ELOVAC-P variant, simultaneously precipitates phosphate as struvite micro-crystals that remain in the biosolids as slow-release fertilizer; and ELOZONIQ, a compact ozone-based fourth treatment step for micropollutant removal. All systems are containerized or skid-mounted, PLC-controlled with SCADA integration via Industrial Ethernet, and designed for continuous 24/7 operation. The company reports cumulative achievements of 16,192 MWh green energy generated, 8,375 tons of CO2 avoided, and 2,760 truck transports eliminated through its installed base.
