Duperon Corporation
About
Duperon Corporation is a family-owned manufacturer of liquid and solids separation technology headquartered in Saginaw, Michigan, founded in 1985. ISO 9001:2015 certified and designated Manatee Safe by USACE and US Fish and Wildlife Services, Duperon designs and builds screening, debris management, and solids handling equipment for municipal wastewater treatment, collection systems and pump stations, flood control and stormwater, food and beverage, power generation, and pulp and paper markets. Their FlexRake line spans ten configurations: the IQ and IQ2 with Smart Raking intelligence and FlexLink adaptive raking, the FP and FPFS for full-penetration coarse and fine slotted bar screening with Thru-Bar debris removal, the FRHD heavy-duty screen with serrated UHMW scrapers and Jam Evasion flexure, the FS and FSB wedge-wire fine screens for 0.020 to 1/8-inch openings, the GTS cost-effective fine bar screen for high-solids conditions, the Low Flow pre-engineered package for plants under 1 MGD, and the Only retrofit rake for existing bar racks. Beyond screening, Duperon offers the Dual Auger five-in-one system that captures, dewaters, compacts, transports, and stores screenings in a single unit, the Self-Cleaning Trashrack for severe conditions with 2 to 3-inch openings, the Harvest Rake for aquatic vegetation and nutrient removal, shaftless screw conveyors and sluice systems for material transport, and washer compactors achieving up to 84 percent volume reduction and 60 percent dry solids content through a patented dual auger design. The Internally Fed Drum Screen is available in wedge wire, perforated plate, and wire mesh configurations, eliminating trunnion wheels and chains for extended lifespan.
