About
Düker GmbH, based in Unterfranken, Germany, traces its origins back more than 555 years and today operates as a premium manufacturer of cast iron valves, fittings, and drainage systems for water infrastructure. The company is organized into three business divisions — Flow Control, Drainage, and Waste Water — each producing from ductile iron and gray cast iron with proprietary enamel coatings at German facilities. The Flow Control division manufactures gate valves (Absperrschieber), service connection valves (Hausanschlussarmaturen), hydrants, butterfly valves (Absperrklappen), backflow preventers (Rückflussverhinderer), control valves (Regelarmaturen), ring piston valves (Ringkolbenventile), and air release and vacuum valves (Be-/Entlüftungsventile), along with a full catalog of ductile iron pressure fittings in flanged and socketed configurations, including special and wastewater fittings. All Flow Control products carry a 10-year warranty. The Drainage division produces five cast iron pipe systems — SML (Super-Mineral-Langrohr), MLK-protec, TML, MLB, and Düker NH — characterized by low noise transmission and non-combustibility per building standards, plus connection technology and fire protection solutions. Through the STRATE brand, established over 75 years ago, Düker delivers wastewater technology including sewage lifting stations with a patented separator system, inspection chambers, non-return flaps (Rückschlagklappen), air and vacuum venting valves, and compressed air valves. Düker also operates a third-party custom casting division (Kundenguss) producing bespoke ductile and gray iron components beyond the water sector, and provides BIM data, specification texts, and training through the DÜKADEMY program.
