ConSeal (Concrete Sealants, Inc.), founded in 1970 and based in New Lebanon, Ohio, manufactures sealants and protective products for concrete infrastructure with a focus on making concrete structures watertight. The company originated with butyl rubber sealants for the precast concrete industry and has since expanded into a comprehensive product portfolio spanning joint sealants, protective wraps, hydrophilic waterstops, specialty admixtures, concrete sealers, trowelable and caulk sealants, corrosion protection products, surface coatings, primers, and lubricants. The precast concrete joint sealant line includes CS-101, CS-102, CS-102B (bituminous butyl), CS-130, CS-202, CS-250 (high tack), CS-367 (entry seal), CS-440 (fuel and oil resistant), CS-665 (non-toxic), CS-1440 (chemical resistant elastomeric), CS-1500 (rapid-cure elastomeric), CS-1500SL (self-leveling), and CS-1550 (instant grab adhesive-sealant). Hydrophilic waterstops include CS-231 (controlled expansion), CS-235 (rapid expansion), CS-1900 (elastomeric), and CS-5000 (ultra performance). The ConBlock admixture line features CDA and CDA Red (crystalline waterproofing), MIC (antimicrobial), SH (sodium-based hardener), HP (lithium-based hardener), and Topical (water-repelling sealer). Exterior protection products include ConWrap CS-212 (polyolefin backed), CS-213 (geotextile backed), CS-414 (fuel and oil resistant), ConSeal PW viscoelastic compound, and AMS paste.
