COMAC CAL s.r.o. is a Czech measurement and sensor technology manufacturer with nearly 40 years of experience, headquartered in Trnovice and operating an accredited metrology laboratory for calibration and verification. The company produces a comprehensive range of electromagnetic flowmeters, vane-type flowmeters, calorimetric flow monitors, heat and cold meters, and batching systems for water and wastewater, petrochemical, food and beverage, power generation, mining, and agricultural applications. The flagship FL38 electromagnetic flowmeter covers DN 4 through DN 800 with 0.5% accuracy and over 20 million configurable variations including selectable electrode materials (Hastelloy, Titanium, Tantalum) and outputs spanning HART, Modbus, MBUS, Ethernet, and IoT connectivity. The FL38 MID variant achieves TP2 billing accuracy for custody-transfer applications. The FL33 series provides mid-range measurement from DN 6 to DN 600 with Bluetooth connectivity, while the FL33 Ex carries ATEX certification for explosive atmospheres. Compact installations use the FL32 (DN 4-32) with IO-Link and Bluetooth, and the battery-powered FL45 (DN 10-200, five-year lithium life) serves remote and irrigation sites without external power. For non-conductive liquids, the FPW series vane flowmeters cover DN 50-315. The FS series calorimetric flow monitors offer self-teaching limit values with DNV certification, and the FS Ex variants are all-stainless-steel ATEX-certified. The Calor 38 heat and cold meter handles aggressive media from residential to industrial scale (DN 10-600) with Modbus and MBUS outputs, while the FL38B batching flowmeter and CC200 dispensing controller round out the dosing product line. COMAC CAL also produces the CC900 mobile water quality analyzer for simultaneous field measurement of turbidity, pressure, temperature, flow rate, and volume, and operates its own accredited Metrology Centre for calibration, verification, and quality control services.
