Centraltubi S.p.A. is the founding company of System Group, established in 1979 by Alvaro Boscarini in Lunano, Italy (Marche region). Beginning with a single HDPE pipe extrusion line, the group has expanded into an international infrastructure conglomerate comprising 20 companies operating 15–18 production plants across five countries with over 1,000 employees and €541 million in 2025 revenue. Centraltubi specializes in solid-wall high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes for pressurized water supply and sewerage, producing PE100 and PE100 RC crack-resistant pipes in diameters from DE90 to DE1000 with various SDR ratings and pressure classes. The group's product range has expanded beyond HDPE to encompass MDPE, LDPE, PP, and PVC pipes, along with fittings (electrofusion, butt fusion, and fabricated), inspection chambers, repair clamps, floats, drip tapes, tanks, valves, drainage channels, and custom special pieces—totaling over 22,000 articles.
