CAPE HydroTek, based in Norcross, Georgia, is the North American distributor for MolAquaTech's European catalytic water treatment technology, bringing proven industrial-scale solutions from European deployments to the United States market. The company's core technology employs a specialized mineral catalyst that modifies water properties through electron exchange at the molecular level, preventing scaling, corrosion, and biofouling without continuous chemical dosing since the catalyst does not degrade or require replenishment. Two primary product lines serve distinct application segments: MATpure for drinking water lines and public swimming pools, and MOL-concept for industrial cooling systems, reverse osmosis membrane stabilization, and refinery applications. Documented performance results include over $30,000 in annual chemical savings per installation, up to 100 percent biocide elimination, 1-2K improvement in heat transfer efficiency, approximately 35 percent increase in flow rates, and a Bayernoil Refinery case study that reduced treatment chemicals from seven to two. At the Rostock Power Plant, the system has operated biocide-free since 2016 with zero manual cleaning of an 8 km pipeline, while an iron foundry in Ypres, Belgium nearly doubled production without equipment modifications. An RO membrane pilot achieved over 14 days of runtime between cleanings using the CARVE Membrane Project configuration.
