Brentwood Industries, founded in 1965, is a thermoforming and injection molding manufacturer that produces engineered plastics for water and wastewater treatment, cooling towers, stormwater management, mass transfer, medical packaging, building construction, and battery applications. The company operates from seven countries and ships to all 50 US states and nearly 100 countries. In water and wastewater, Brentwood's Polychem line provides complete clarifier chain and flight systems including head shafts, stub shafts, sprockets, flights, collector chain, drive unit assemblies, and scum removal, paired with SmartGuard collector monitoring for real-time performance tracking. Their sedimentation products include IFR-6000 Series tube settlers, SK Sedimentation Tank modules, and TUBEdek lamella packages, complemented by SedVac sediment dredge systems for basin cleaning. Biological treatment offerings cover the AccuFAS fixed-film activated sludge system and trickling filter media. The StormTank stormwater management portfolio features Module 25 and 20 Series underground detention units, Urban Root System, GroundPro, Pack, Shield, EnviroPod LittaTrap, and Hydroworks HydroDome and HydroFilter devices. For cooling towers, Brentwood supplies cross-fluted, herringbone, offset-fluted, vertical-fluted, and hybrid-fluted film fills; trickle fills; splash fills; cellular and blade drift eliminators; inlet louvers; nozzles; and AccuGrid protective grating. Mass transfer products include MASSdek structured packings in 80, 125, 150, and 250 HTC and HTE configurations plus S Series, along with mist eliminators and liquid distributors. The company provides field services through its Brentwood Solutions division.
