Börger GmbH, based in Borken-Weseke, Germany, manufactures rotary lobe pumps, comminution equipment, separation systems, stainless steel tanks, and agitation technology for municipal and industrial fluid handling. The rotary lobe pump is the company’s core product, offered in three lines: BLUEline Nova and BLUEline Legend for general transfer duties, and the ONIXline for more demanding applications. Each pump is individually configured and can be deployed in stationary, mobile, or submerged installations. The proprietary Variocap variable cover adapts pump capacity to changing process conditions. Mobile pump configurations address specialized needs—handcart pumps for plant maintenance, three-point hitch pumps for agricultural use, tanker pumps, portable units, and purpose-built THW federal disaster relief and fire brigade pumps. On the solids reduction side, Börger produces the OrbitGrinder featuring a new comminution technology, the Multicrusher, and the Rotorrake rotor rake for protecting downstream equipment. Separation technology includes the Bioselect RC and Bioselect BS solid-liquid separators and the FlowSep. The company also fabricates stainless steel storage tanks from 30 to 5,000 cubic meters, offers the B-MX submersible motor agitator and agitation nozzles for mixing, and provides Flexfeed and Powerfeed liquid feeding systems for biogas applications. Markets span municipal and industrial wastewater, chemical processing, oil and gas, paper, food, sugar and starch, marine and offshore, agriculture and biogas, and emergency response.
