BBA Pumps

BBA Pumps is a Dutch manufacturer of portable dewatering pumps with over 70 years of experience in groundwater control and temporary pumping applications. Based in The Netherlands, the company produces two primary pump lines: the PT series positive-displacement wellpoint pumps and the BA series vacuum-assisted centrifugal pumps. The PT series (models PT100, PT150, and the hybrid PT90) are self-priming piston pumps designed for wellpoint dewatering—they can run dry indefinitely, achieve suction lifts to 9.6 mwc, and deliver flows from 30 to 90 m³/h. The PT150 D185 is the most popular model, powered by a Hatz Stage V diesel engine with 1,500-hour service intervals and 48 dB(A) sound levels at 10 m. The BA series offers a far broader range, from the compact BA55E D220 (74 m³/h, 51 mwc) to the BA500G D675 (4,500 m³/h, 26 mwc), covering multi-use, sewage, high-head, and high-flow configurations. All BA pumps use an integrated MP50 or MP100 diaphragm vacuum system for dry self-priming and can run dry for up to five minutes. Drive options include diesel, Diesel DriveOn, electric motor, and PTO tractor, with sound-attenuated canopy or open-frame assemblies. Every BBA pump ships with a four-year warranty.
