Battioni Pagani Pompe S.p.A.
About
Battioni Pagani Pompe S.p.A. is a family-owned Italian manufacturer established in 1953 in Sorbolo Mezzani (Parma), now in its second generation of leadership. The company produces over 130 pump units daily and exports more than 90% of its output, serving applications in vacuum trucks, combined sewer cleaners, agricultural vehicles, and ADR/ATEX-compliant hazardous waste transport. Their industrial product line includes the BLW rotary lobe vacuum pump series (nine models from 140 to 750), the BLR liquid ring pump series (2700, 3300, 4100) rated for Zone 0 hazardous areas, and the BLC rotary lobe pump for continuous-duty applications. Vane pump offerings span the KTM series (1200–2300), the KPS series (490–670), and the FAN series (420, 530), all available in vacuum-pressure configurations. The BR EVO self-priming rotary lobe pump (50–260) and BALLAST series (9000–16500) round out the industrial catalog. Agricultural products include the BLM lobe pump, MEC and MEC II vane pumps, ELBA and GARDA combined group-centrifugal pumps, and the BR self-priming lobe pump. All products are oil-free and require no lubrication in the pumping chamber. ATEX-certified versions are available for explosive atmosphere environments. Battioni Pagani reinvests over 6% of annual revenue into R&D.
