APG-Neuros
About
APG-Neuros, headquartered in Laval, Quebec, Canada, designs and manufactures turbo blowers and aeration control systems for wastewater treatment, marking 20 years of operation in 2025. The NX Series Turbo Blower line spans 30 HP to 1,000 HP in single-core and dual-core configurations, featuring oil-free bump foil air bearings, permanent magnet synchronous motors, and 5-axis machined solid forged impellers derived from aero gas turbine technology—delivering up to 40 percent energy savings over conventional blower technologies with a 55 percent smaller footprint. The 1MW large turbo blower scales to 3,000 HP with integrated closed-loop cooling and built-in PLC control. The Gas Turbine Turbo Blower operates on biogas or natural gas (designated GTB series), reducing operating costs by up to 80 percent while eliminating fuel venting. APG-Neuros also supplies aeration control systems centered on the Master Control Panel (MCP), which manages blower operation and dissolved oxygen across multiple aeration zones, plus Model Predictive Control software leveraging machine learning to optimize DO targets and sludge retention time. All products are BABA-compliant for US federal procurement.
