AMETEK Sensors, Test and Calibration (STC), operating through the Crystal Engineering, Mansfield and Green, and JOFRA brands, manufactures calibration and test instrumentation for pressure, temperature, and process signal measurement. Their water and wastewater product lineup is anchored by the nVision reference recorder, a dual-channel pressure and temperature logging instrument that records up to 15,000 psi at 10 readings per second with 500,000 data points of storage and one-year continuous battery life in Ultra Low Power mode — replacing chart recorders for pump testing, filter differential pressure, hydrostatic pipeline leak testing, and wellhead monitoring. The XP3i and XP2i digital pressure gauges pair with the CrystalConnect mobile app and CrystalControlWeb cloud platform for field pressure measurement and data sharing. The HPC40 series pressure calibrators and ASC-400 multifunction process calibrator handle transmitter calibration and flow computer validation. Temperature calibration is served by the RTC reference calibrator, PTC professional calibrator, CTC compact calibrator, and MTC marine calibrator series, along with the DTI1000 digital temperature indicator. Deadweight testers provide primary pressure standards, and APM CPF advanced pressure modules expand calibrator measurement ranges. Applications span tank level measurement, relief valve and rupture disc testing, pipeline and tank hydrostatic testing, and general calibration and maintenance of plant instrumentation.
