About
ALLWEILER, established in 1860 when founder Gotthard Allweiler invented the fire-fighting wing pump, is one of the oldest pump manufacturers in the world. Now part of CIRCOR International with over 3,100 employees across five continents, Allweiler operates its own foundry producing proprietary castings. The brand's portfolio spans progressive cavity pumps, three-screw pumps, twin-screw pumps, centrifugal pumps, and gear pumps. Key products include the Optifix progressing cavity pump series handling up to 1,600 l/min at 10 bar discharge pressure with viscosities to 190,000 mm²/s, the SNA three-screw pump delivering 880 l/min at 20 bar with API 676 compliance, and the IMO AB E4 three-screw pump rated for 1,050 l/min and 250 bar outlet pressure. The Houttuin MPP twin-screw pump achieves 5,000 m³/h at 60 bar differential pressure. As of 2025, IMO and Houttuin have been consolidated as product brands under Allweiler, expanding the screw and twin-screw offerings. Allweiler serves water and wastewater, oil and gas, power generation, marine, chemical, and industrial markets with application-specific configurations and API-compliant sealing options.
