Agru America Inc is a U.S.-based manufacturer of geosynthetic and plastic engineering products, operating from Georgetown, South Carolina since 1988 as the American subsidiary of Austria's AGRU group. The company produces HDPE and LLDPE geomembranes via a patented flat-die calendered extrusion process that creates textured surfaces including MicroSpike profiles, yielding up to 20% faster installation rates when interfaced with geosynthetic clay liners and geocomposites. ClosureTurf is their integrated Subtitle-D compliant final cover system for landfill closures, installable more than 50% faster than traditional approaches. Their drainage portfolio includes geocomposites and geonets for leak detection and filtration, complemented by geosynthetic clay liners (GeoClay) and non-woven needle-punched geotextiles. AGRU's Concrete Protection division supplies liners for tunnels, potable water tanks, and pipes.
