Adwest-SATTi

Adwest-SATTi is the Shanghai, China-based regional office of Adwest Technologies (now part of CECO Environmental), serving as the Asia-Pacific sales, engineering, and support hub for the same thermal and catalytic oxidizer product line manufactured stateside. The office handles local project management, technical support, and commissioning for RETOX Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers across the APAC region, including dual-chamber and multi-chamber units from 100 SCFM to over 100,000 SCFM with 95 to 97 percent primary heat recovery, 99 percent plus Destruction Rate Efficiency, and the signature zero-leakage poppet valve design. Adwest-SATTi also supports DFTO Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizers for higher-concentration streams (1,000 to over 60,000 SCFM), DFCO Direct Fired Catalytic Oxidizers operating at 600 to 750 degrees Fahrenheit, and VOC Concentrators for low-concentration, high-volume process exhaust. All RETOX units are available in stainless alloys, duplex alloys through C2076 Hastelloy, and titanium for corrosive halogenated applications. The Shanghai team provides region-specific engineering, spare parts logistics, and after-sales service using random packed ceramic media (simpler change-out and longer service life than structured block media) and the Adwest PLC Control System with ethernet data logging and online telemetry. A 1995 plant validation at a Hercules Incorporated alkyd resin facility documented a 200 CFM single-bed RETOX RTO reducing VOC concentrations from 2,300 ppm to approximately 35 ppm.
