Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS), founded in 1966 and headquartered in Hilliard, Ohio, is North America's leading manufacturer of stormwater and onsite wastewater management products, operating under the NYSE ticker WMS. The company runs over 60 manufacturing plants across the US, Canada, Mexico, and South America, alongside 39 distribution centers, and diverts more than 500 million pounds of plastic from landfills annually as one of the continent's largest plastic recyclers. Through its Infiltrator division, acquired brands include Orenco Systems (advanced treatment), Cultec chambers, NDS drainage products, and River Valley Pipe, extending ADS's reach deep into onsite decentralized wastewater with IM-Series injection-molded tanks, EZflow gravel-free septic and drainage systems, ProSTEP pressurized sewer collection, Aquaworx pump tanks and controls, and Advanced Treatment Systems handling flows up to 250,000 gallons per day. Fiscal 2025 net sales reached $2.904 billion, serving roughly 16,000 active customers across non-residential construction, residential construction, infrastructure, and agricultural markets.
