Advance Products and Systems (APS) is a manufacturer of cathodic protection, corrosion prevention, and pipeline safety products based in Lafayette, Louisiana. Operating for over 40 years from a 65,000-square-foot facility with more than 80 employees, APS serves the water and wastewater, oil and gas, chemical, and industrial sectors across North America and internationally. Their flagship product lines include Innerlynx modular mechanical seals, which form hydrostatic seals up to 40 PSIG (92.28 ft head pressure) for pipe penetrations through walls, floors, vaults, tanks, and pipeline casings. The IsoJoint monolithic isolating joint provides pipeline electrical isolation without relying on sleeves, washers, or O-rings between flanges. APS also manufactures the Trojan and Integra series of flange isolation gasket kits, including the Integra II SSAFS fire-rated version, along with Kleerband flange band protectors, Kleergel corrosion inhibitor, and Radolid corrosion-resistant protection caps. For pipe installation, APS offers casing spacers and end seals (including the ApogeeAero roller casing spacer), DuoCon centralizers for dual-containment systems, Infinity and Gal-Vo-Plast wall sleeves, and external mount split wall sleeves. The company provides online calculators for Innerlynx sizing and gasket bolt torque and maintains memberships in ASCE, AMPP, WEF, AWWA, and ACS.
