Acromag, Inc.
About
Acromag Inc., founded in 1957 and headquartered in Wixom, Michigan, manufactures industrial I/O modules, signal conditioning products, and embedded computing solutions for process monitoring and control applications. The company holds ISO 9001, AS9100, CE, UL, cUL, and ATEX certifications with Class 1 Div 2 and Zone 2 hazardous location approvals, and offers same-day shipping on stock items with a two-year warranty. Acromag's signal conditioning line includes process transmitters for temperature (thermocouple and RTD), voltage, current, and resistance inputs; 4-20 mA signal isolators and splitters; loop-powered isolators; limit alarm modules with dual relays (APM765 and Vertu series); math computation modules (IntelliPack 800M series); and panel meters (Vertu VPM series). Its BusWorks remote I/O platform spans three generations: the NT Series supporting up to 64 channels of mixed analog, temperature, and discrete I/O on a single IP address with Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, PROFINET, and i2o peer-to-peer protocols; the XT Series offering space-saving Ethernet I/O modules such as the XT1210 eight-channel differential current input; and the 900EN Series providing economical Ethernet I/O with built-in integrator and totalizer functions for flow metering. For embedded applications, Acromag supplies Mini PCIe FPGA I/O modules with Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC, COM Express carrier cards, OpenVPX carrier boards, and VME single-board computers. In water and wastewater, Acromag's products are deployed for monitoring flow, pH, dissolved oxygen, level, pressure, temperature, turbidity, conductivity, and chlorine residual at pump stations and treatment facilities, with published application notes covering gas detection networking, water usage recording, flow totalization, and pump performance monitoring.
