Founded in 1984 by Rennie DiLoreto and headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, ACF Environmental manufactures and distributes geosynthetic products and stormwater management solutions for civil construction, water, wastewater, and environmental containment applications. Their geomembrane liner line includes HDPE for durable leak prevention, PVC in 30 mil for ponds and reservoirs, and EPDM in 45 mil for high-elasticity applications with UV and weathering resistance. Geocomposites combine nonwoven geotextile and geonet drainage layers in bonded configurations for filtration and drainage. Their geotextile offerings range from lightweight non-woven varieties graded N031 through N080 to woven high-performance fabrics for soil stabilization and reinforcement, including asphalt paving interlayer products. The SF35 Geo Grid provides subgrade reinforcement. For erosion and sediment control, ACF supplies silt fence, straw wattles, erosion control blankets, and filter socks. Their patented AquaBlok composite sealing material uses compressed clay and mineral pellets for long-lasting seepage control in ponds, irrigation canals, and water containment structures, and is non-toxic and safe for aquatic life. ACF also produces Floc Logs, anionic polyacrylamide co-polymer products for turbidity reduction and water treatment. Their ACF West division serves the western United States from eight locations with in-house civil engineering and design assistance. Products are distributed nationally through Ferguson Waterworks across over 270 branches, and ACF provides product development, design assistance, and civil engineering support. Key applications include water containment, wastewater treatment containment and dewatering, landfill liners and caps, hazardous waste containment, canal liners, and stormwater management.
